Castello Rosso overlooks the Gulf of Ruppione from the heights of Pietrosella. The villa was completely rebuilt and delivered in June 2022. The apartment has its own private entrance and its own parking space.
Five berths
An air-conditioned bedroom with a proper 160 cm bed. A separate sleeping nook with a 90 cm berth. And a sofa bed (140 cm) on a Bultex mattress in the living room.
The apartment
The air-conditioned living room brings together a lounge area, a fully fitted open kitchen — oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots and pans — a table seating six and a 43-inch smart television. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
A private garden
This is what sets this apartment apart: an enclosed garden corner, with its own outdoor seating and barbecue, in addition to the large dining terrace with its open sea view. Two separate outdoor spaces, one to eat facing the sea, the other to settle in the shade.
The pool
Outdoor and heated, it is shared. It is open in spring, from 1 April to 15 May, and in the late season, from 27 September to 1 November.
Around you
Ruppione beach is 200 metres away, two minutes along a footpath: fine sand, clear water, paddleboard hire and water sports. A slipway is nearby.
Shops a quarter of an hour on foot or two minutes by car — bakeries, butchers, fishmonger, delicatessen, greengrocer, mini-market, pharmacy, doctor. Two minutes by car to the Isolella peninsula and its boat, jet-ski, quad and mountain-bike hire, its tennis courts and its beach restaurants. Five minutes to Agosta beach, ten to Porticcio, twenty to the airport, twenty-five to the port.
