Castello Rosso overlooks the Gulf of Ruppione from the heights of Pietrosella. The villa was completely rebuilt and delivered in June 2022. The apartment has its own private entrance, its own terrace and its own parking space.
The apartment
All the rooms are on one level with each other; access from the car park is up a few steps. The air-conditioned living room brings together a fully fitted open kitchen — induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster — a dining table, a 43-inch smart television and a sofa bed (140 cm) on a Bultex mattress.
The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a 140 cm bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A separate storeroom lets you put away suitcases and beach gear without cluttering the apartment.
Outside
A large private furnished terrace, with table, parasol and barbecue, and the sea straight ahead with nothing to interrupt it.
The pool
Outdoor and heated, it is shared. It is open in spring, from 1 April to 15 May, and in the late season, from 27 September to 1 November.
Around you
Ruppione beach is 200 metres away, two minutes along a footpath: fine sand, clear water, paddleboard hire and water sports on site. A slipway nearby serves those arriving with a boat.
The shops are a quarter of an hour on foot or two minutes by car — bakeries, butchers, fishmonger, delicatessen, greengrocer, mini-market, pharmacy and doctor. Allow two minutes by car for the Isolella peninsula and its boat, jet-ski, quad and mountain-bike hire, its tennis courts and its beach restaurants; five minutes for Agosta beach, ten for Porticcio, twenty for Ajaccio airport and twenty-five for the port.
