Castello Rosso overlooks the Gulf of Ruppione from the heights of Pietrosella. The villa was completely rebuilt and delivered in June 2022. The apartment has its own private entrance and its own parking space.
Two outdoor spaces, two uses
A dining terrace facing the sea and the maquis, and a balcony fitted with lounge chairs opening onto a full panorama of the gulf. You dine on one side, take your aperitif on the other, and the view changes with every hour of the day.
Step-free throughout
The apartment is entirely on one level, from the car park to the bedroom. That is a rare criterion, and a decisive one for anyone travelling with a pushchair, a heavy suitcase or difficulty walking.
The apartment
The air-conditioned living room holds a lounge area and a fully fitted open kitchen: four-ring induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a full set of crockery and wine glasses. The television is connected, and the sofa bed (140 cm) on a Bultex mattress adds two berths to the two in the bedroom.
The bedroom is air-conditioned, with a 140 cm bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A separate storeroom lets you put away suitcases and beach gear without cluttering the apartment.
The pool
Outdoor and heated, it is shared. It is open in spring, from 1 April to 15 May, and in the late season, from 27 September to 1 November.
Around you
Ruppione beach is 200 metres away, two minutes along a footpath: fine sand, clear water, paddleboard hire and water sports. A slipway is nearby.
Shops a quarter of an hour on foot or two minutes by car — bakeries, butchers, fishmonger, delicatessen, greengrocer, mini-market, pharmacy, doctor. Two minutes by car to the Isolella peninsula and its boat, jet-ski, quad and mountain-bike hire, its tennis courts and its beach restaurants. Five minutes to Agosta beach, ten to Porticcio, twenty to the airport, twenty-five to the port.
