At the foot of the slopes
The Albane residence opens directly onto the ski lifts, with no shuttle and nothing to carry. You click in outside the building and come home for lunch between two runs. A ski locker is at your disposal.
The balcony
South-east facing and fitted with sun loungers, it looks out onto the forest, the mountain and the slopes. The sun reaches it early and the view stays open all day.
The apartment
A separate main bedroom, and two nesting beds in the living room: four people can sleep here while keeping a proper lounge with a television. Heating throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped: four-ring induction cooker, oven, microwave with grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a full set of crockery.
The bathroom has a bathtub — welcome after a day on the slopes — and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate.
The residence
Lift, private car park, and a heated outdoor pool shared between residents, open during the day in summer and from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm in winter. A launderette is available in the residence, at extra cost, and takes care of the washing and ironing just downstairs.
Summer too
Vars is not just a winter resort. It is a starting point for hiking and cycling, and Sainte-Marie lake offers canoeing and kayaking a few minutes away. The altitude brings a welcome freshness in the middle of summer.
